A quarterly gathering for change-makers

We at Starter Culture believe, perhaps now more than ever, it is time to tend our inner experience of how we relate with; Earth; our groups and movements; our relationships, families and communities; and with ourselves, to guide the change we long for in the world. It is time for an ontological shift in our way of being.

We invite you to gather to explore and engage the tools and practices of composting the power-over paradigm and together build an experiential map into the unknown future.

Join us to deepen into this nature-based soul work to feed the unfolding of your unique mythological thread. Held within the container of the land we will explore different soulcraft practices to support your journey towards and with soul. There will be sharing councils, dreamwork, deep imagination journeys, nature-based healing & wholing work, speaking across the species boundary, somatic practices of deep feeling, free movement, sounding, expressive arts practices, poetry and journaling ~ all in support of the deeper conversation with earth and the wild others...

This core program is specifically designed for change-makers, activists, therapists, mentors, coaches, spiritual practitioners, artists and visionaries who long to participate in crossroads consciousness at the threshold of inner and outer change, in surrender to the journey of deep cultural transformation that are these times. This is an Earth-born offering for those who are tracking the inner and long to compost power-over culture within themselves, and cultivate the ground of a co-evolutionary consciousness with Earth community.

Collective decision-making is at the heart of how we cultivate relational regenerative cultures of compassion and care. Learning how to make good decisions together is perhaps one of the most transformatory things we can do in these heart wrenching times, as it inherently requires us to compost power-over culture from the inside-out, within ourselves, our groups, organisations and movements.
